Vicki Kanisauskas Customer Service Officer

Vicki has been a member of the Can Do Hearing team since 2011 and is the 2IC of Clients Services for our Blackwood and South Terrace Clinics. She works collaboratively with the CSO team across both clinics in providing a supportive work environment and excellent client services through communicating and connecting with the client. In addition, Vicki trains our new client services employees.

Qualified in Personnel and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Vicki worked in the Aged Care Industry for 20 years within Payroll and then as Human Resource Manager. Leaving Aged Care to spend more time with her family, she maintained part time employment in the Health Care Industry before joining the Can Do Group.

Vicki has a strong work ethic and enjoys supporting the team and her interactions with clients and is proud to be a part of the Can Do Group and the services it provides.

On the home front, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family and friends, painting and being creative, reading, decorating and renovating. A huge fan of owls, Vicki has many ornaments and other items, depicting her obsession. And yes they are even in the workplace!
