Anna Fulgueras Customer Service Officer

Anna has been a member of the Can:Do Group for four years. As Customer Service Officer her primary role is to liaise with all three divisions of the group to ensure our clients have access to a seamless customer experience when accessing our various service portfolios.

Prior to joining us Anna spent 8 years working in General Practice in client services.

She particularly enjoys building a rapport with our clients and getting to know them through their personal stories and strongly believes our connection with our clients enable us to provide a more personalised and effective service. 

In addition to her client services role, Anna coordinates the reporting for our community and disability support services funding, which helps us improve the participation and learning outcomes of children and students that have a disability.

Outside of work, Anna loves nothing more than books and particularly enjoys historical events and non-fiction. An avid foodie Anna always finds time to eat at work! She also loves to travel and recently completed a round trip of Europe!
